2009
On behalf of my friends and family in Calgary I request that “the outside” ceases and desists snowing immediatly.
I mean ge’ez I was just out mowing the lawn for the second time the other day.
a little bit of everything about a whole lot of nothing

This last week I have been driving to work, as I have had to stay late to get a project done and save the internets. Something I was quite enjoying about the last stretch of the drive was Lakeshore Drive. I think the people in Toronto often take for granted how pretty the waterfront is, and how nice a drive it can be.
Bought my 2008 G5 back in July, my first new car ever, it had 10kms on it when I picked it up. On the way home from work at 3:30am somewhere in Mississauga my car hit 10,000kms bringing it into “old car” territory. at this rate I’m not going to expire my warranty before the 4 years is up I think…

Spring has started to “sprung” in my neck of the woods. When I get to spend some more time at home and not at work I will have to clean up the garden a bit and let all these little plants come out!!
I took the picture on the left this morning when I got to work in Toronto (yes working on a Sunday again). And my dad took the picture on the right this morning in Calgary. The rain here was actually quite nice, it was about 15°c, wish I could have gone for a walk by the lake in Burlington (rain coats of course) with the family. Maybe next weekend.
